Our family had a delightful stay at Condesa Haus with excellent breakfast options and accommodating staff. the charming architecture, convenient location for walking to nearby attractions, and cozy rooms away from street noise made our 6-day trip a memorable one. Special mention to Felix for his outstanding service and the beautiful bathroom stained glass art.

Thank you for a special stay. Clean hotel, delicious breakfast, the location is ABSOLUTELY PERFECT not far from nearby restaurants, and the pyramids with Mariana-door to door service. Comfortable bed, brand-new room that has a tiled bathroom.

celebrating birthday here was a dream! cozy room with a balcony made for magical mornings. loved watching the world go by. the free breakfast was tasty, but miss having alternative egg options.

The Playa del Carmen room with its lovely balcony facing the street is a cozy spot to soak up the sun and enjoy a refreshing breeze. As a business traveler, I found it the perfect place to unwind after a long day.

Loud music from nearby apartments could disturb your sleep on weekends.

The rooms are spacious, well-priced, and come with original tiled bathrooms.

This place is spotless and modern, the rooms are beautifully decorated, the staff is attentive, and it's situated in the most charming neighborhood.

The location here was awesome, right in the middle of everything. 🌆 I enjoyed really yummy breakfasts with yogurt, tortillas or toast, and omelets. the staff was so nice and friendly, made me feel really welcome.
